The worst part was the producer who kept saying that this was their "best episode yet!" in SPITE of the knowledge of all the fans who were so upset!! How lame!! And then for Paul to say "I cried when I read the script." That guy is a heartless jerk for taking him out! Keller doesn't add to the show nearly what Beckett did, especially with that great accent!
